Hi Günter Gabriel. Today the postman handed me the package with crampons and spare parts Rotaflex. Really the crampons design is very clever and easy to adjust to my plastic boots, nothing to do with the other studs as Petzl, BD, Stubai oHallo gab-tech,r Simond, in which the setting is more complicated. Replacement parts fits perfectly in my old Salewa crampons. I think I have crampons for a long time. I don´t thought that these crampons were so well made​​, excellent quality, and an superprice. I appreciate your honesty and customer service. (You can use my comments for a review of the Crampons).Thanks again and have a nice day.
